It went great. Mike and Rick were awesome.

The only "Do" would allow sufficient time between tasks so there is no stress. In my case the walls had to have a skim coat then wall papered, then the floor, then the baseboards and lastly the furniture. There was no stress at all. I would use this company again.

Overall, the service from Medallion was great. Store staff was very helpful in ensuring we got the carpet that we wanted. Installation was hampered by rain, which could have carried on slightly later in the day but manager refused to allow installation that day. Obviously, we cannot control the weather. However, an alternate installation day was made however the 2 man crew was about 1 hour late, for a 3 room job this needs to improve. When they did arrive, the crew was very professional and serious about the work they did. The carpeted area needed to have many seams, I don't even notice them due to how good the quality of installation was. Once completed, the carpet was great and moved all the furniture back exactly how it was before despite having little to no non-carpeted area for a 1000 sq ft condo. Overall, would definitely recommend but installers showing up on time needs to be a priority here.

We met with Mike who showed us some tiles for baths and showers. He didn't know the prices of some items, but it seemed odd that he couldn't simply look them up on a price sheet. Anyways, he said he would get back to us the next day with prices for the tiles, and come out and give us a free estimate later in the week. Long story short, he never called back, never came out to give an estimate, and the company never followed up whatsoever. I don't see why there are all these good reviews. It's hard to imagine a business that would be so complacent to just churn away customers, especially a small mom and pop flooring store located in a strip mall. I even called back the store, thinking it was a fluke, and sure enough Mike answered. I asked him to have the owner Dave call me. I bet Dave never even got the message from Mike. Nonetheless, if this is how they want to run their business with inept employees who could give a d*** about business, that is there call. There are no shortage of places to get flooring in South Florida. Not to mention their prices seem pretty high compared to Home Depot, Lowes and other flooring stores.

Not only on time but finished the job by himself in less than 3 hours. Helped move two heavy love seats and put them back. Was very pleasant and kept working until the job was done. Very pleased with the carpet! The salesman who helped us choose a carpet in our price range was also very pleasant. Would definitely use them again!

Thrilled with carpet quality and installation. "A Team" of installers moved very heavy furniture (including a Hammond organ) onto Mexican tile floor, clearing area for installation. They did so without complaint and were extremely careful not to damage tile in the process. Great job!!!

They installed new carpet, and did a very professional installation. Which is the most important. However on the down side, they were very inaccurate with the expected time required for installation and preparation I was required to have done in advance. Regrettably the installers tried to steal the large valuable remnants and tried to give me the impression there were no sizable valuable remnants. I had to open their truck to discover the pieces they were hiding/taking.

They made a custom woven wood blind for my kitchen.

They are great to work with. My neighbor is a sales representative so I know I can trust their services. I have been most impressed with the installation. We have never had a problem with the installation and the carpets look great. They always do exactly what they say they will.

It was extremely satisfactory. They have great customer service. They are always very friendly and helpful. The staff is nice and pleasant to work with. The business has been there for years and they sell a good product. I have bad to say about them. I would highly recommend their services.

The work was of good quality. The flooring was Wilson-Art. They were on top of it and used a special glue that is made for wet environments which they used when laying the floor in the bathroom. The sales guy was the owner, he was very friendly and easy to work with. The crew was neat, clean and showed up on time. They did the work properly and left with no issues.

They did excellent work. I was very pleased with the two men who did the job. The men were very skillful, polite and professional which I appreciated. We have no issues when working with them. They were on time, did the work quickly and the job was done well.

Had good experience dealing with the sales in the store as well as the installation. One of the carpets we purchased took a little longer to arrive; however, an installation date was set quickly. The installation was professional, did a lot of cleaning of the subfloor when old carpet was removed, and did a nice install. All around the professionals at the store and during install were great.

THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WORKED QUICKLY. THEY WERE VERY ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL. WHEN I HAD A COMPLAINT, THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
