It went great. Kathleen gets to know you and works well with you and what your needs are. I sat in the kitchen and helped advise her where I wanted her to put stuff as she unpacked the boxes. She would ask questions about which cabinet or drawer that I wanted things in. She also helped me go through items I no longer needed and put for donation. She is very personable and easy to get along with. She even went to the store to buy organizational items that I needed for my new kitchen. I would definitely hire KK Concierge services again for my next project.
