I would say my overall experience was good. I did not have any problems getting things taken care of. For oil changes and things like that think, they are comparable to everyone else. I can call up for an appointment and get in right away. They are as quick as they can be. Everybody seems nice and professional. I did not have any problems with them.

I went in to test drive a car that I was interested in under the Costco Auto Buying no Hassle Plan. The salesman was unprofessional and did not show me the papers that Costco required for disclosure. He added fees that he would not explain what they were for to the price of the car. He became rude when I got up to leave. I would not buy a car from there no matter how much I liked the product. If I do decide on that model of car I will go somewhere else no matter how far the drive. Speaking to my brother last night about my experience and he said that he had such a poor experience that he was going to call the police because after test driving his trade in car they would not give him his own keys back and kept him from leaving the dealership. Only after his threat to call 911 did they give him his keys. He said it was a terrible experience.

They couldn't find anything wrong with the tires until after 20,000, but certain things were only guaranteed for the first year. They tell you you have a 100,000 mile warranty, but they don't tell you that warranties on certain parts are only good for so long. I had to pay a lot of money. Everybody at the shop is very nice. However, everything's a little too expensive. I have found a headlight that didn't work right after they checked the electrical system. I don't have time to fool around with them, so sometime I will have to make a stand with them. I wasn't very happy with the light bulb situation. They are responsive, but they don't always do work right the first time. You can't get out of there without waiting 45 minutes to an hour.
