I WOULD RE-HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ADDITIONAL ELECTRICAL WORK, IF I NEED ONE. I AM A REGISTERED ARCHITECT PRACTICING A PAST 52 YRS AND WORKED WITH MANY ELECTRICAL COMPNIES, BUT I CAN TELL YOU KERR ELECTRIC STANDS OUT AS ONE OF THE BEST, RELIABLE, HONES, GOOD WORK SCHEDULE AND WORKMANSHIP. We have an old house (built 1971). Removed all old phone, alarm, cable TV wiring. Updated existing panel, switches, receptacles, fixtures. It was a big job. No-nonsense bid. Fair pricing. Excellent professional quality work. On time. Highly recommended Kerr Electric.

The salesman came right out to give me a estimate, he strongly suggested getting a city permit, which I liked, because it told me they did the work to code. There was a little confusion between the salesman and the electrician about what to install, but Mitch, the electrician that did the work, quickly resolved the issue and did an excellent job on both the inside and outside panel replacements and even received praise from the city inspector for the quality. I would recommend them.

After a bill of 112.00 dollars I still have the same problem,(dissatisfied)

"I appreciate your business. We have contacted the customer and resolved the issue. The issue turned out to be the AC compressor of the customer and needed to be replaced by an AC contractor. The $112.00 was for the service call, for troubleshooting the unit."
