Home was tenant occupied for 5+ years. We had multiple service issues over the years. I came back to a lawn full of dead spots from grub worms, infested with weeds (they said we didn't have this as part of our service, but no one alerted us we had a problem when they serviced), and they let our annual ficus hedge treatment expire without notification that it was due.

If you're looking for a pest control company that is affordable, responsive, professional and courteous, then look no further than JP Miller & Sons! My pest control guy is Phanor and has done a fantastic job from day one! He always calls before coming over and puts on his shoe protector whenever entering the house to ensure he doesn't bring dirt into the house. It's rare to find a company that pays this level of attention to detail and who I don't have to follow up on a monthly basis to ensure they do their job. A+!

I have been using this company for all my pest control for 18 years. Very happy with their service.

We set up Lawn and Shrub service and from the start it was not a pleasant experience. My lawn actually became worse then when I started their service. My wife and I called them several times to come out and check their progress and after multiple attempts they finally came out and said we do not want to lose your business so they planted sod over the areas they killed. Those areas have not looked any better than before. We tried to contact their management multiple times but we were not successful. We cancelled the service and requested a partial refund but nobody ever contacted us. This has been the same pattern with them from the beginning. I would not recommend JP Miller and Sons.

It started bad when we signed up for a yearly plan and got a 5% discount. They now have you on the hook for a years worth of bad service. So we suffered for a year and then took a month by month contract while we searched for another vendor. We stayed with them because we paid for additional spiral white fly service that really did not work. They have a 6 month guarantee on the spiral white fly service and we had to have them re-do the service 3 times because the service did not do what they said it would. Our opinion is the technician who came out to do the service did not apply the product correctly. He continued to miss-apply the product multiple times and management in this company did nothing to help the issue , the management of their employees is extremely poor.

They are prompt, efficient, and are not too costly.  I have animals, and they make sure they don't use any harmful chemicals.

They've been very reliable and dependable. They call to make sure everything is good.

J P MILLER & SONS PEST CONTROL DOES A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY REALLY GET IN EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY THERE IS. THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL COME ANYTIME YOU EVEN THINK YOU SEE A BUG.
