The plate was taken off to fix the chain but the handle need to be in the engaged mode to do it properly.  It was done improperly he a tool to reset it.  He also replaced the chain since it was sticking.  Walked in and he did it on the spot - repair was completed in less than ten minutes.  I am sure that cant happen every time and not all repairs are as easy but now I have it for the weekend to complete the project I wanted to do.

He said my pressure washer was under warranty. They sent me a new unit.

This is the most honest man I met. Once before I had a problem. He told me it would not be cost effective to fix the weed whacker and I Should consider a new one. He did not try and bleed me for repairs.
