When Edward came to give me an estimate and create a template, I specifically asked if it would be possible to have a shower threshold high enough to allow for a bath mat placed and for the shower door to open out over it. He understood my question, knew that this was important to me and assured me that it would not be a problem. I was disappointed that after installation the shower threshold was not raised and would only accommodate a paper towel for a bath mat. Everything went fine with the vanity tops. Considering that I had to buy a whole slab of quartz for this project, I contacted Edward to have another small ledge fabricated out of the remaining piece that I bought. He came out, made another template and that was it. Although pleasant and professional during initial interactions, he has not delivered the piece as he said he would or returned numerous phone calls to even let me know if the piece is ready for me to pick it up myself.

Their work product is of high quality, both the granite and the installation. However it was very frustrating dealing with Glauber because he was not very responsive to the client's needs. I purposely had my kitchen cabinets installed in an expedited manner in order that he could come by the day before I went on a 12-day vacation to take the measurements and make the template. He had indicated it would be a 7-10 day time frame to cut the granite. However on the 8th day of my vacation he called me to confirm the granite type/color that I picked out – and had not even started cutting it. Consequently the installation was moved back 2 days later than it was originally supposed to be. Not a big deal, but combined with the fact that on every occasion that he or his crew was supposed to be at my house at a certain time they were always late. On the day of the measurement I had to make up the time at work since I had to sit around for almost 2 hours longer than he told me it would take.
Nonetheless they do quality work, no doubt about that – but they are on the expensive side.
