Awful. Demolition began June 5th, 2017 and to this day, Dec 6th, 2017, it is still not complete. She took our money and did not use it to pay for all our cabinets. For numerous weeks, she kept telling us that she was continually calling the company and gave us multiple dates for delivery. We called the Company who told us the cabinets were not even in production because they had not been paid for yet. She lied. She had not paid for them even though we had given her 30k+. In our very first meeting, Darcy was engaging, energetic and seemed very nice. DO NOT GET FOOLED!! IT’S ALL AN ACT TO GET YOUR MONEY!! Instead of giving us ideas to design our kitchen, she gave us ideas to re-do the entire LR,DR, and Den for the deal price of $118,000.00! We wanted a kitchen for max 40k. She doesn’t care what you want. She just wants your money, which she then applies to another account. She will then get money from another client and use it towards our project. She is terrible at returning calls, texts, or emails. She has completely abandoned us and our project. She has an excuse for everything! She cannot be trusted. Since our being scammed by her, we gave learned of several other people this has happened to also. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, or it’s OWNER DARCY MILHOLER.
