"Good morning, After you notified the office of the Issues you had with the install, I did advise that we stand behind all install 100% and would do what was needed to make everything right and up to your satisfaction. I was out of the office and said I would contact you the next day. Your reply to me was:" I’m available tomorrow. Certainly not urgent. Whenever you have a chance." I’m not looking to cause any issues for D..... He was on time, immediately honest about the bad cut, patched it well, switched the outlet to a GFI upon my request even though it appeared to be J...'s oversight and perhaps he wasn’t even responsible for having the needed fixtures on the truck. When I contacted you the following day to set up a site visit to come by inspect work that you had mentioned, get a paint chip so we could get paint to touch up the area that was patched you advised me "I don’t have time this week for J... to come to check the work. The outlets are both working fine and I’ve already purchased some paint this morning that I hope will match and can paint it myself. Things just did not go the way they should have. I wanted to still send out representative to do a site visit you said "I’m a little confused. You don’t trust the work of your electrician? Is he new?" My reply was "We do spot checks on all our technicians; this is standard procedure especially when there is a customer complaint. D.... is not a new technician and has also been working as a service technician for 6 years. This practice keeps us on top of installations and ensures positive results. As I stated yesterday, we stand behind all installation and strive for 100% satisfaction on each and every job. Unfortunately, you declined the request. We always do our best to ensure our clients are satisfied with the work performed, as stated we offered to match the paint, and take but you had declined.
