This company is a complete joke! I emailed them about adding a boat lift and they responded that the “complete job is $16,000” without even seeing the property in person. I then asked if electrical is included and they responded “yes.” I gave them the details on how the electric would have to work in a villa attached to other homes on both sides. The wiring would have to go over the roof. They responded that they don’t go over roofs. I then asked what exactly is included in electrical, for example, everything other than going over the roof. I would need to know specifically so I can describe the job to an electrician. They responded back that they are not electricians. They can hook things up, but they cannot handle any of the electrical work needed. In other words, they falsely claimed that electrical is included in the price. Then I asked them are permits included in price. They said no and then abruptly declined my job. They never even came to my home. Very unprofessional. In sum, they claim everything is included, which is not true. Remember, I only asked about electric and permits before they cut me off from questions. Can you imagine what else is not included in their “complete” estimate?
