"Thank your for taking the time to do a review. A roof is an important part of our homes and we know how frustrating it can be when a repair is needed. It is our pleasure to have you as a customer. We strive to be the best in the business and appreciate your positive comment."
"Thank your for your review. Regarding the price change, sometimes there are unforeseen conditions once we open a roof. We do our best to avoid that but if we need to we like to let you know right away of the change/issue. It is our pleasure to have you as a customer. We strive to be the best in the business and appreciate your positive comment."

"Thank you for the high rating! Although a bit confused on the comment about a second inspection fee. The first inspection/form fee was charged at a discount (normal fee is $250-$300) and only because the work had already been completed by someone else. The second inspection/form that was required by the insurance company was free with the work that our company completed. If you have any further questions/comments please give us a call."
