Great price! He came in and did it all very quickly and efficiently. My one complaint is that he used room temp faucet water instead of boiling water. I assumed it was going to be done with hot water which would help sanitize but he did use a sanitizing spray at the end

Deborah, the owner was very nice and seemed amicable; however, I made it perfectly clear what was important to me and those things did not get done. My floors weren't cleaned sufficiently and she did not use the product in the bathroom that I wanted for the fresh smell. Everywhere I looked there was something missed. Very very unfortunate.

It was a pleasure working with the Silvas. My calls were answered in a timely fashion, appointment was kept on time, the procedure was thoroughly explained and updated throughout the process. The Silvas were pleasant, knowledgeable, considerate of my belongings and industrious. Although I recognized that my furniture would not and could not be pristine, they even offered to reduce the price we agreed upon because they felt the job wasn't as good as they would have liked. I did not take them up on the offer because they worked so hard and were so honest.

Delightful, on time, did the house beautifully....For a first time visit, no complaints at all. Willing, open, cooperative and eager to please..What more can anyone ask for?
