Devcon Security gives you a single person to contact, your sales representative, and they take care of everything. Price is based on the features you get and maintenance. I like having the single representative for contact. They give you their name, cell number, and email address.
Update 5-13-2015: I was so happy in 2012 to find Devcon Security in order to get away from another alarm company which had horrible and extremely expensive maintenance. Imagine my disappointment (read horror) when I got an email that Devcon was purchased by the company I had just escaped. Of course, after the other company purchased Devcon, my representative was gone, and the first time I needed to get maintenance on the system in 2014, the technician didn't show up for the work on time (outside the 4 hour window that I had to take vacation time off to be there for). I complained with Devcon/ADT and asked to be released from my contract, but they would not allow that. So, I had to wait for about 6 months until near the end of my contract to dump Devcon/ADT and switch to another, more reliable company.
