Katrina was extremely knowledgeable and supplied a variety of fabrics and window treatments to chose from.  Our first meeting, we collaborated on what my needs were and how to best achieve them.  She also made recommendations to have the 3M window shield put on the windows for added protection which my husband and I hadn't even heard or considered.   She also took measurements on her first visit.
The second time we met, we did the fabric and texture selections, and she even installed the first set to vinyls on one of the doors.  We signed the contract, I was given an installation date, and she was off and running.  We stayed in touch  over the following weeks, choosing the rods etc.   
On the day of the installation, she followed up with a time he should arrive.  The installer arrived on within the time frame.  He worked hard and fast.  He probably could've worked a little faster if he and my husband didn't bond over sports.  Everything was installed properly and professional.  Katrina stayed until it was over, being the ultimate perfectionist and having him adjust things when needed.
I was extremely happy with the results and I will definitely recommend her to anyone.  She is a kind and generous person  with years of experience in the industry.
