We couldn’t be happier with the job they did refurbishing an ugly wire rack closet into a well organized, quality work of art! The shelving and cabinent work went beyond expectations. I had the best experience designing and having my dream closet built by Closet Factory. From the moment I met my designer, Skylar Silverstein, I knew I was in good hands. I felt like she really listened to my needs and wants, and took it all into consideration when designing my space. She was readily available for any questions and changes I requested. The bond and connection I felt with her was a major deciding factor when choosing which company to go with (I met with several and I felt like the other company designers didn't really listen to me). Price was fair and what I expected for everything I wanted. When it came time to do the build, I had to reschedule multiple times due to delays with my new home build, and they were very receptive and accommodating, and rescheduled me multiple times. Finally I closed on my new home and moved in, and it was time to get my closet done. Again, I was super lucky to have Akos Korcsok as my installer. He was extremely meticulous, detail-oriented and organized, and built everything according to the specified design. It took the full 3 days to complete my closet, and I could not be happier with the final product. I highly recommend Closet Factory, and specifically Skylar (designer) and Akos (installer), if you get the opportunity. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

It started off not bad after I waited almost 3 months for the installation date and had to pay in advance because I went through Costco. The job was scheduled for Monday start and completion on Friday. It was not complete so the installer came back on Saturday. It was still far from being complete so he said he would be back Monday. Waited all day and he never showed up. When I called the designer said they would be back on Tuesday. Waited all day again with no call, text or email and no one showed up. I received a call from someone in the office saying it would be 3 more weeks! Not acceptable. When I didn't like it the &^%$ got nasty and also sent a not so nice text. I emailed the designer and office manager and nobody even bothered to get back to me. I will be going to Costco with this as I feel like I'm being taken advantage of by paying I advance because of Costco. I should have read more reviews before I hired.

Honestly, being new to the area, i rely heavily on reviews that i see for companies around here so im hoping my review can help save the next person from headache and disappointment in dealing with closet factory. Its obvious having dealt with this company for 4 months(yes its been 4 months and our job still isnt done!!) that the communication within the company is massively lacking. The installers are definitely thrown into the fire by the higher ups and unfortunately probably get the brunt of customer dissatisfaction. It is unfortunate overall. Our closets were meant to be done in 2 weeks and we are going into month 5..so if you are looking to get custom closets done- dont be fooled by the smoking mirrors here..go elsewhere!

Excellent - Lori Kasten is a true professional and her work is precise and on target with what I wanted in my closet design. I am extremely pleased with all the extra space I have. I would say it was the best investment I made. Lori Kasten drew the design and explained to me how it would look and it was a definite success. I would not hesitate to refer Lori Kasten and the Closet Factory to any of my friends and family. The installer was courteous, punctual and completed the job.
