Originally I had scheduled an appointment, but had to cancel due to a flood in my kitchen. I then tried rescheduling and the two other times they were either busy and then the owner told me she was in the hospital and short staffed. During the five months that passed, I found another service to take their place, so it is at this time that I am requesting a refund.

In December, 2013, as a Christmas gift for an elderly couple that we care for, we purchased a $200 gift voucher for Clean Trust's advertised "Full Interior House Cleaning" of "8 total man hours of labor".  It took us several attempts to reach someone in this company directly at their posted phone number to even schedule an appointment for the cleaning to be done.  Messages left were not returned.  We finally scheduled the cleaning day via "Val" for March 25th.  The company never showed to provide the cleaning services paid for.  When we called them back, they stated, "you never made an appointment with us".  The appointment was rescheduled for March 31st and again the company did not show to provide the cleaning services paid for.  Phone calls to their number went straight to voicemail and message left was not returned.  We contacted Amazon Local who immediately refunded our money to our account.

My overall experience has been very poor. They took a long time to get to me.  The follow up to try and get someone to come out wasn’t good either.  We would schedule a day and they would push it back through the day until it was too late and would call off the appointment.

"Unfortunately this client was very difficult to deal with. I offered three appointments and none of them was good for him. This client was not flexible at all. Wanted an appointment in the morning only or that Saturday which I was already booked. I did my best to squeeze him in that Saturday but unfortunately was not able due to my schedule being full. I'm sure everyone can understand and appreciate that as a service provider I must keep my appointments with my regular clients. Please see my other reviews where service was performed. Regards, Val"

Good job for what they did but they missed one bedroom and also left mold that I pointed out to them on both shower walls. They did, however, come back a couple of days later and finished the job.

My wife and I had a baby recently and I wanted to have to house cleaned for their arrival home. Called Val in the morning and she was able to come to the house in the afternoon and get the job done! My wife and I were very pleased with the job and would call them in the future.

When I called Valeria, she called me back promptly and was cooperative and eager to take on my housecleaning, setting an appointment within my busy schedule. She promised and delivered a 5-hour+ complete cleaning of my condo. She honored the price she quoted for the work, and did not ask for more money, even though she spent longer than she expected to complete the deep cleaning she charged me for. 
     I asked to create a periodic housecleaning maintenance program, doing a refresh and focusing on one or two larger different jobs, like cleaning my screened Florida Room/Patio, each time she came, for a reasonable price, especially considering the great service she provided. She set the bar very high, for quality and performance, and I do not anticipate contracting anyone else. My experience with another cleaning service is that, to qualify for a special price, I would have to have them come monthly. When I asked for a bi-monthly plan, they wanted to charge me for a deep cleaning each time?!? Valeria was happy to offer me a discount price for bi-monthly, or even quarterly housecleaning, which is a serious advantage for me, in these tight economic times.
     Thank you Angie's List for the referral, which is what I have found to be very reliable and valuable, considering I am allowing strangers into my home for this service. 
     Thank you too, Clean Trust Services (CTS) and Valeria, for being such good ambassadors of Angie's List's contractors, and for providing a timely, complete, and friendly housecleaning service. I am definitely going to recommend CTS to my friends and family! I look forward to seeing you again in February, 2014!

My wife was out of town and it was just me and my two teenage boys in the house for two weeks.  I wanted to suprise her with a nice clean house and checked Angie's List.  After reviewing the ratings and reviews for Clean Trust I gave them a call.  It was the day after Thanksgiving and I needed the cleaning the next day (Saturday).  Clean Trust said they could be there the next morning.  When they arrived they asked what I would like done, I selected the deep cleaning.  I was surprised at all the areas of the house they cleaned and very pleased with the quality of their services.  The real test came the next day when my wife returned.  I told her what I had done and she walked through the entire house (like a drill sergeant).  CleanTrust got her tumbs up and I was a hero...Thanks Val.

I was very happy with Clean Trust Services. They arrived on time and brought everything they could possibly need to do a thorough job. First Val asked me to take her through the house and show me what I wanted done. Then I turned them loose. They cleaned parts of the house I'd never been able to reach, like the ceiling fans, and cleaned things I never had the patience for, like my wooden blind's slats.

This service went off with out a hitch.  We had limited items in the house as we have not totally moved in yet, enabling the crew to really get in to everything.  The house prior to the clean was a dust bowl, and now I am walking around barefoot!!! Excellent communication, and price.  Highly recommend

Valeria went above and beyond to accommodate my request for same day service. She and her team member arrived on time with their own equipment and supplies. They worked efficiently and professionally on a 3-bedroom house that was in a grimy and disgusting state. I won't hesitate to use her services again.

The cleaning crew showed up right on time and were very nice. I felt comfortable leaving them, to go run an errand. I've gotten cleaning service in the past from other companies, and was not left with the same positive feelings that CleanTrust gave me. I think other consumers will agree with me, that some of the competitive cleaning companies out there are way overpriced. CleanTrust offers a FAR MORE reasonable rate than a company like Merry Maids and, frankly, CleanTrust does a much better job! I highly recommend CleanTrust--you'll love making your appointment with Val, the company owner. She's a sweetheart : )

I contacted Clean Trust Services just to compare the quality, cost & professionalism to my previous cleaning service. My expectations were high. Clean Trust Services put me at ease at once. They are a professional cleaning services, not like my old cleaning service that was a friend of a friend of a friend. They were able to give me a reasonable cost that I was happy with for my move out cleaning which is considered a deep cleaning. They were able to come to my house upon me asking and explain the extent of the cleaning & what products they would be using. They were prompt in their arrival. I was amazed by the outcome. I will always use Clean Trust Services. They proved to be a trustworthy reliable reasonable cleaning company that exceeded my expectations. Job well done!
