I like that he does a lot of work in the building that I am in, so he comes highly recommended. He works clean, so you never know that he has been there, and his work is good. We feel that he is a little bit on the expensive side, but they know him in the building, so he gets a key, gets in the apartment, does the work, and then sends us the bill. When I call him, he remembers me, he knows  who we are, he knows the building, and the front desk. It is painless. If I had to call someone else, it would be a whole new thing. They know him, they know he is licensed and he has insurance, and he is known in my building, which makes it worth the few Dollars more.

Jon did an exceptional job. He actually arrived early. His truck was professionally wrapped, he had a clean uniform on with his name on it, was extremely polite and friendly. He completed the work within a few hours and even replaced a drain part that came with the sink as he felt the included one was not of high enough quality. He was a delight to work with and we'd definitely recommend him - and will hire him again.

Jon showed up on time, after-hours as he specified, checked out the problem for about 10 minutes and provided us a quote for 315 to clear a main sewer line. It was a little more expensive than I thought, but he had the clog cleared in less than an hour and was very courteous and professional, would recommend.
