Butler Plumbing, Inc

Description of Complaint: Jon from Butler Plumbing was highly recommended by my Interior Designer to complete my kitchen plumbing. He came over to inspected the scope of work and agreed to the contracted price of $850.00 which was less than 2 hours work. He had agreed for the same cost to install the water filter under the sink. After closer inspection the water filter was too large to fit in the cabinet underneath the sink. The plumbing store ordered the wrong size filter for he cabinet, Jon pointed out that you would not be able to change the cartridge if its installed. I good faith, I paid Jon in full by check becaused he said to reorder a new filter that would fit and he would come back to install for NO CHARGE. I trusted him to came back and COMPLETE the job because he was a gentleman and was referred by my designer. The new filter was on back order for 4 weeks and it had to be shipped from California so, we kept calling Bonnie in Butlers office and she was as sweet as can be and assured us that Jon would come back to install the new filter when it came in. That's when things started to go south..My wife called Bonnie when the filter came in, she was nasty to my wife and said there would be a charge to come back! My wife called me up crying and I immediatly called Bonnie and she totally changed her attitude to this ANGRY, Lying, GREEDY and dishonest person and said quote"NOBODY DOES ANYTHING FOR FREE TODAY. OMG- So,she got me on the phone with Jon who confirmed that there would be a service charge to come back. Going thru a renovation is stessfull enough without BUTLER PLUMBING LYING to my wife and myself in my own KITCHEN. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY DO NOT USE BUTLER PLUMBING!
