If I could give 0 stars, I would. Please, please do not put your trust in these doctors. I wish we had listened to our gut when we read ALL of the other terrible reviews on this facility. But, we didn't(a decision I will terribly regret ) and our rabbit had surgery there. She was a tough girl and made it through the surgery just fine. But, due to negligence on the behalf of Dr. Diaz and Dr. Kelleher, she died within 10 minutes of coming home. As and quot;expertsand quot; in the field of rabbits, these horrible doctors should have known that rabbits need exceptional pain management after surgery. My poor girl was clearly not well medicated for pain and spent a full day at their hospital being and quot;monitoredand quot; without any pain medications! She was trembling in the hospital upon discharge and when asked, the technicians simply said that she had been trembling off and on but was and quot;fine.and quot; We trusted their word and brought our bunny home. She wasn't even being sent home with any pain medications, until we questioned them about it. We had a bit of Metacam at home so they said we can use that if we want. She trembled the entire ride home and died within 10 minutes after we arrived home....a terrible, agonizing death. She was clearly in horrible pain. And, unfortunately, when a rabbit is in pain and it is not managed correctly, they can go into shock and die really quickly. That is what happened to our poor, sweet companion. I am a nurse and this type of facility would be ABSOLUTELY closed down if humans were being treated there. Animal lovers...how do we allow a place like this to stay open? They simply didn't care about well being of our little girl and she suffered horribly because of it. PLEASE, PLEASE LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS ON THESE DOCTORS. TAKE YOUR BELOVED PET ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Cookie, I am so sorry I took you here. You were our little sweetheart. I will regret taking you to this hospital for the rest of my life. And, I promise you, I will do EVERYTHING in my power to make sure this doesn't happen to any other innocent animal, ever again.

The doctor is very knowledgeable. This is a great place for exotic birds! The hospital is amazing. It's very clean and well taken care of. The birds there get fresh food everyday. He has all the equipment for x-rays and anything the birds may need. The prices are very reasonable. If I got another bird, I would feel very good about taking my bird there!

I love Dr. Kelleher and her staff. I was so happy with my ferret's last vet in Chicago that I feared I'd never find another like her. Thank goodness I was wrong. Dr. Kelleher is very knowledgeable and I love how she dotes on my ferret! I've never had a problem being fit in for an appointment and feel like their prices are very reasonable for being exotic specialists.

GODAWFUL. SAD BUT IT'S TRUE

They are great! They are the cheapest clinic who specialize in treatment for exotic animals. They also sell certain types of animal foods that can't be bought at your regular pet supply store. They really show their concern by posting flyers of animals who can be adopted by caring pet lovers.
