Television does not work 2 days after warranty expires and brandsmart's attitude is tough luck. I am really tired of manufacturers and retailers that treat consumers like we are buying disposable paper plates for $1600. I called customer service and they could have cared less. It is odd how so many wired products seem to die right after the warranty expires. I will now buy a television from a small store that cares about their customers. I am over it with big retailers. Last year I bought a dishwasher for $600 from Lowe's and it flooded my wooden floor about 10 times during the first three months. They hemmed and hawed as I fought with them for a year. The day it goes out of warranty I find out it had a manufacturers defect the whole time... which Frigidaire knew about... but as long as they string you along you are screwed. They simply refused to replace it. That's it...refusal for a $600 dishwasher that caused my new $3000 wood floor to split. And then they have the audacity to tell me if I want to file a claim for the floor I have to leave the malfunctioning dishwasher in place for up to a year while the case is resolved. I know the dishwasher story is off topic... but more and more I am encountering this kind of behavior from large companies. So I really am going to start buying from small mom and pop shops that care. They may not have the fancy warranties... but those warranties are worthless anyway.

The appliances were fine but the installation and the salesman were not so good. The installers seemed like they didn't want to do the work.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. I HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY COMPUTER. THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT TELLING ME WHAT WAS WRONG SO THAT I WOULD KNOW WHAT TO DO SOONER NEXT TIME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. I THINK THEY WERE GREAT.

I WAS PLEASED TO FIND THAT THE DOOR WAS COVERED BY WARRANTY. IT COST US NOTHING TO HAVE REPAIRS DONE. I WAS DISPLEASED TO FIND OUT THAT ALL OF THE WORKERS DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH.

I WAS EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID A TREMENDOUS JOB. THEY COULD LOWER THE PRICE A LITTLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
