I had a poor experience with this company. They tried to charge me for wall repair, though their own installer said none was needed and no wall repair took place. This was not easily settled, it took long discussion over several days, but finally they agreed to drop the charge. The area covered did not match the contract. The installer said that what was written in the contract didn't matter, "we have our rules". Clean-up was mediocre. There were numerous and very visible fingerprints from the white adhesive. The company did send someone out to take care of these. Grab bar is not level and impractical to fix it (obviously no one put a level on it, it was just "eyeballed"). Aside from that, it looks great. The additional material as per contract was finally installed. There is a seam showing where the additional material is added, but I was told this would have happened anyway. My expectation that this could be done without a seam was unrealistic. I wish someone had told me about this, or that the installer had been concerned about it. (He didn't care.) An installation like this means that your home will stink of adhesive for quite a few hours. Plan meals and guests appropriately. No one told me that either.

Very well. Couldn't have been nicer. Got plumber out same day. They stand behind their product.

The mold was not cut properly when the installer first came to install the tub. However, within a week the company recreated the mold so that it fit properly over the existing steal tub. I was pleased with the service and professionalism of the installers and company.

They gave my bathroom a much needed renovatioj.  My bathroom looks beautiful and I receive many compliments on it!  It is so easy to clean and care for.  No more grout to clean and scrub.  There was a problem with the wrong tub cobeing ordered but they rectified it within a few weeks.  They stand by their product and gave us a lifetime guarantee.  The people on both the phone and at installation were super nice and helpful  I highly recommend this company.

The Service provider sent out a nice man by the name of Leo.  He assessed the problem
on the shower basin, and also around the bathtub.  Immediately, he removed the caulking and
and got work replacing it.  He cleaned the area when he completed the job and now it all looks
like new.  So, thank you to Leo, as he did a fine job and we appreciated his fine work and also
thanks to Bath Fitter for scheduling the job very quickly.  A job well done!

We moved into fixer up condo and found Master Bathroom (Pepto Bismal Pink) piping behind the wall totally lose and could not use the Shower/Tub for fear of a water leak below.  Bath fitters was recommended by our new neighbors and Neal came out , did a nice professional presentation and we signed up to have the work done.  The scheduled time to do the job was moved back by us to re-do our floor before Bath Fitters could do their installation.  We were called the day before to remind us of the installation the next day.  Fabio the installer called promptly that morning at 8:30 and said he would be their in 15 minutes.  Fabio 1st coverd the floors sink, counter top and toilet and began his work.  This was a large job both Shower Tub and Plumbing and took most all day.  Fabio was great to have in the house, very courteous and careful with our belongs.  He promptly cleaned up any mess actually washing the tile floor by hand when he was done.  As I am retired on disability I watched him complete the entire process which is amazing.  Fabio said he had 10 years experience.  It was obvious he is a skilled craftsman.  His finishing touches with the caulk were marvelous and he cleaned the unit and showed me how everything works.  We have already signed up for Bath Fitters to re-do our Guest bathroom shower.  The end product is beautiful, maintenance free (no grout) and the quality is phenomonal.  My only hope is that I am lucky enough to get Fabio again.  He was great!!

Generally, it was good. I got 3 quotes and he was the best. I would call them again. There was one thing that bothered me that I didn't realize until after they left. They put silicone in any of the spots that they should do or cracks or openings, but they also put silicone where the painted wall meets the tub enclosure, and silicone can't be painted. I tried to paint my bathroom. That silicone where he put his finger down the line looked really nice when he left, he cleaned it and all that, but it makes it impossible to repaint your bathroom without getting streaks all over the place. I had to remove all the silicone. I'm still not finished. I'm still trying to work on it. It just made the wall impossible to paint. I would like to call them but what are they going to do? They are going to come and take the silicone out and I could do that myself. I do my own painting so I didn't even bother to call them. I had to deal with this myself anyway. They did a good job overall, but professionally you would think they have been in business for a long time. We had something done 3 years ago by them. You think that they would know that if you put silicone in a spot that borders the enclosure and the actual wall if you're going to paint it, the paint is not going to stick to it, so you don't use silicone or you use caulk or you don't put anything there. The customer should have the option of saying you can put it anyway or don't put it and I'll deal with it when I paint. I think that they should have known that. I am very angry about that. Everything else they did fine. They did the plumbing really good and the plumbers were really nice. It's not a major thing like a plumbing leak or anything like that, but it's still something I think that they should know by now.

Product seems to be good but the installer rushed the job somewhat and i had damage (minor) done to a couple of door frames when bringing in the product to bathroom. I contacted the company and the boss (Dan) offered to take care of it right away as long as I had the paint to match.The problems are minor and I am going to repair them myself.

MY BATHTUB LOOKS NEW!!! NEWER THAN NEW!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE FINISHED PRODUCT!!! AMAZING!!! THIS IS A FAMILY OWNED COMPANY AND THEY CARE!!! The work was done in the guest bathroom. The man came promptly on time. He handled the job professionally: did not talk, just worked and got the job done; brought a fan to extract the fumes. When he finished, he cleaned the room and left it cleaner than when he arrived! I had expected a mess, so I hadn't cleaned that bathroom for a few days. I am a clean freak! He even helped me move a piece of furniture that I couldn't do myself! This had been the second time a company refinished my tub, the first time was a disaster in that not only did they do a poor job, but asked for more money than they had originally contracted for. I AM AN ANGIE'S LIST GROUPIE FROM NOW ON!!!

The installer Chris was excellent and did a excellent quality job. I was remodeling our guest bathroom and he was very helpful and informed. Normally they can install everything in one day, however he suggested when he arrived on the first visit that the floor tile I was planning on replacing should be replaced before the bath tub insert or it might shift and not set right when I removed the old tile, something I had asked the sales rep that came to the house but told me it was no problem to leave the old tile in place and replace it later. Chris installed the shower surround on the first visit then returned after I replaced the floor tile and finshed the tub insert. Bath Fitter and their personel were very friendly and courteous and always tried to accomodate my requests and fit my schedule. Bath Fitter is an excellent company to deal with and excells in customer service, something that has been long forgotten by most companies. I would definately recommend them to friends and family.

From start to finish there were no issues. The sales person was not pushy. However, the price quoted at our initial visit was for "today only." That's a bit of a turn off.
No problem with installation. One day and it's perfect.

Everything went great... exactly as we were told it would go.  The tech was very respectful of our home and wore shoe protectors everywhere and he cleaned up so well that the house was cleaner after a day of construction than it was before he even started.  This overhaul changed the look of our bathrrom completely - it is simple and very elegant.  They used Moen fixtures and this is real high-end - beautiful to look at and it just feels solid and luxurious like it will last a lifetime.  And the doors - initially I thought $600 was high (considering I could go to Home Depot and get them for $299), am I glad we DID get the shower doors from Bathfitter... the glass was almost 1/2 thick and they make a watertight seal when they close... they are solid, luxurious and drop-dead gorgeous (I am using that phrase often to describe the products used in my job).  I am ecstatic each time I enter the bathroom - sometimes I find myself just standing in the bathroom and staring at the tub.  I am glad I spent the money - this bathroom is elegant, simple, and will last forever - it is drop-dead gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!

They've come back twice since then.  The shims were not properly set and the water was beginning to puddle where the wall meets the top of the tub.  I was told that I would have to wipe it down every time I got out of the tub.  They claimed to fix this problem with shims.  Six months later, there was mildew and mold building up underneath the silicone caulking.  I tried to clean it, but it wouldn't come out due to being under the caulking.  They then replaced the entire lining in 2010.  In 2011, the mildew was starting to build up again along the sides.  They put more shims in place, and it seemed to be fine up until this point. The mildew is starting to return.  They are set to return to my home at the beginning of August to redo the whole thing. 

The first two times I called when the lining was first installed, they were not very customer friendly.  I wrote a letter on August 10, 2010 to the company's General Manager, and they have been much more accomodating since.  When I called back later in 2010, there seemed to be an entirely different office staff.  They seemed more eager to please.  Shortly after this, they replaced the entire lining.  In July of this year, I contacted them again about the mildew returning.
