KEN ARRIVED SHORTLY AFTER HIS CALL. EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF WHAT HAD TO BE DONE. I AM GOING TO GIVE HIM MORE REPAIR WORK AS AGAIN HE GAVE ME THE ANSWERS THAT WHERE RIGHT ON. HE ALSO DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME NEW PARTS THAT COULD BE EASILY REPAIRED.
