1) They stated having inspected the pool and the house electrical system and they did not. The pool pump was rusted and the filter cracked. They could not have turned it on as it was not operational. But they gave the pool a big thumbs up! 2) They stated in their report that the electrical system in the house was sound when none of the outlets were checked for grounding and the breaker box had too many rooms under one breaker, causing me to lose my new oven when I plugged it in? 3) I contacted them, explained the issue, requested a refund of about $1600 spent and they said they were not responsible.
