We started our relationship with All Temp after buying our older home with a decaying swimming pool and older HVAC systems..  We asked Harrison to evaluate our entire HVAC system , and he made recommendations.  He and his crew performed the work promptly, as soon as we made our decision.  We had already contracted with a company to refinish the swimming pool and needed the entire pump/filtration system evaluated and repaired quickly, before the pool was to be refilled.  Harrison found multiple problems and leaks, and we decided to replace virtually all of the system, taking advantage of the situation to move the whole system around the corner to an area where the noise would not bother us on the deck.  The job involved dismantling the deck, digging trenches and laying new PVC, and then restoring the deck.  Again, he and his crew worked us in and started almost immediately, keeping all appointments and staying on the job until it was finished. He and his crew even worked until almost midnight, in order for the system to be functional in time for the refilling of the pool!  Finally, he installed a new heat pump, Harrison and his crew were efficient and easy to work with and went the extra mile for us.  They returned quickly when a couple of problems surfaced after the fact.  He is knowledgible in his field and gave us quite a few pointers about taking care of things ourselves.

The interaction went very well. The technicians did an excellent job and I was very pleased. They were very professional. Their prices were good and they seemed to know what they were doing. They handled all the rebate paperwork. They handled all the duct inspection as well and all the paperwork and wrote that into the bid.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS. I THINK THAT THEY DO A GREAT JOB. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS PERFECT. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES THAT THEY PROVIDE.
