All American gutters installed our gutters, which are now causing roof leaks where the gutters aren’t working (they’re not clogged) . I understand it’s been a few years since installation and I don’t expect them to fix it for free, what I do expect is a call back… I have called them 6 times in the past month and sent 2 emails… NOTHING… No response…. No call back.. nothing. 1st time I’ve ever been ghosted and it’s by a gutter company….

I did receive an estimate but a cannot even get a call back or email response to schedule. Must be to busy to even communicate they are to busy. Poor customer service.

Initial installation was completed quickly after the free estimate was completed. There was one small issue that needed to be addressed after the installation was completed. Several calls were made to the company to schedule the "correction." but the repair took a month from the initial installation. Since almost everything in the initial installation was working properly, it was not an emergency to make the repair but it was completed and everything appears to be very functional at present.

Bert was amazing! To be honest he could have taken advantage of us as we knew nothing about gutters and the costs associated with fixing them. He not only fixed them the same day that he came out, but he also ended up charging us much less than what we anticipated. He noticed a few issues other than what we originally presented to him and fixed those problems without charging us more. We will absolutely utilize his services again in the future and strongly recommend that anyone reading this does the same. We found out that he also does pressure cleaning and we are going to hire him to do this service as well. 10 out of 10 all the way.

Same experience as two other recent reviews: Josh came out and measured the house for an estimate. We exchanged a few texts and I asked multiple times for the quote, but it's been a few weeks and I haven't heard back from him or anyone else. Now calling other companies.

I called All American for a quote for gutters and Josh called me back and we made an appointment to have him come out. The day of the appointment he didn't show and I received no phone call. A few hours later I called the company and they were surprised and said they would contact Josh. 5 days later no one has called from All American. All I can say is I hope Josh is OK , but someone from the company should have called. I guess I'll go with gutters from a competitor.

Josh came out out to give me a quote to install gutters on my home. He walked my property with me and spent time measuring the house. I was told I would receive a quote from him in the next couple of days. I never received a phone call, email or any correspondence from him or the company he represents. I found this very unprofessional behavior and hired another company to install my gutters.

Great, sent estimator in reasonable amount of time. He helped me plan what I should do for replacement. He was on the ball, did not feel like I did not know what he was talking about. We make a date for the project, they called ahead, knocked on the door to let me know they were here. Did a walk by with me when completed to see if I was satisfied. I was very comfortable not the least bit stressed with this contractor.

The workmen arrived at the specified time and were quite professional in all that they did. The color of the gutters was good and the re-installation of the rain barrels was very well done. The workmen cleaned up after themselves. The project was completed in a timely manner.
The only problem with this provider was in setting up a definite date to get the work done. This took several contacts. Once that was established, though, I was very well pleased with the work they did.

The installers were late, but called to let us know what was happening. We were told it would take approximately 3 hours for installation and they were there exactly 3 hours. They cleaned up after they finished and were very professional.

We were in New York when we contracted All American Gutters. Our house sitter was there when they came to give us an estimate. Very professional. The job was completed in 1 day as promised. They even trusted us to mail the check after the job was completed. Would highly recommend this company in the future.

Very professional, workmanship was outstanding. I think I got the best gutters in the sub-division. I have received a lot of comments on them. They made sure that no animals could get into the drain pipes. It really looks nice, they are beautiful. They still look like they just put them up.
