"when we recive a unit and we check the unit out and the unit has multiple defective or broken parts is not cost effective to repair wich was in this case we offer the consumer an exchange unit wich we will credit the intial service fee if they decline we return the unit unrepaired we do charge a minimum service fee we donot perform services for free or perform free estimates"
