I sent my DS to them with the check. They cashed the check and would not call back. I called them twice and left messages. I called again and left a message that I was very upset. When I called them before I sent it in to them, a woman told me it would take about 10 days once they got the go ahead. I called today and spoke to Henry and they said they can send me a re-manufactured one since the hinge on mine is broken and they were unable to repair the screen. However, there was not a broken hinge when I sent it in to them. They want $85 additional dollars to send me the re-manufactured one and they want a credit card number to charge this to. It would only have a 90 day warranty on the re-manufactured one. The gentleman there, Henry, is very argumentative and I would not recommend sending anything in to this company.
Description of Work: I contacted them to repair my Nintendo DS, they advertise that they do this service.

when we recive a unit and we check the unit out and the unit has multiple defective or broken parts is not cost effective to repair wich was in this case we offer the consumer an exchange unit wich we will credit the intial service fee if they decline we return the unit unrepaired we do charge a minimum service fee we donot perform services for free or perform free estimates
