ACTION APPLIANCE REPAIR

Horrible. After Nicki replaced the parts on my ice maker it stopped working completely. When he came back and I questioned him he was extremely rude, said "well I guess I broke it, I do this for a living" and stormed out of my house. Pam, in the office, called me back and refused to apologize and told me that he was not rude I just need to replace my ice maker. Every time they worked on my fridge or freezer they had to come back. Don't waste your time with this company!

We began having trouble another 3 months after the initial visit. He did come back out to honor the warranty and recharged the refrigerant in the fridge. Our assumption was that the compressor is bad and that he may not want to have to shell out the money to replace it. After he was done looking at the fridge the second time we noticed a large gauge on the front of the fridge. We called to ask about what happened and he denied making the gauge. He yelled at me to call an attorney and has texted some very threatening messages to me. I will never be using him again and would recommend anyone else to stay away. 

Another issue is that he still uses the logo for SubZero and they have repeatedly asked him to stop using the logo, they no longer endorse him because he's not an authorized repairman.
