Tonya was very friendly and was able to trim the nails of both our dogs. This is no easy task as both are not very cooperative when it comes to nail trimming. We have already scheduled the next appointment.

Tonya arrived on time, she was very professional and very nice. After an hour she brought my 2 yr Yorkie back. My little Roberto new look blew my mind. She exceeded my expectations. I'm very thankful that I found Wizzard Of Paws...

I want to express how disappointed, heartsick and angry I was after having Tonya from Wizards of Paws, groom my three little Mi-Ki’s. She did not listen to me when I was explaining the difference with the three; the middle toy Mi-Ki was supposed to be in a short, shaved cut because his hair tangles very easily; the little girl’s hair is fine and just her face and nails need to be done and the last boy Mi-Ki, which is my National Champion should be in a long cut with face and mustache done short and tapered. I even printed out the show cut instructions given for the proper Mi-Ki hair cut for long hair. Max is a National Champion and she did not even look at the directions that I had printed out along with pictures. She left those instructions on my counter. When she brought the three dogs back into the house, I went into shock when I saw my National Champion’s hair shaved down to the skin. I almost lost it and I should have showing Tonya my real temper but chose to be the nicer person. I called her the next day to express my disappointment and anger with what she had done to my National Champion dog. The middle boy she did NOT even shave down which means she did not cut his hair at all. I do not believe her when she said that my National Champion was so tangled that she had to shave him. I have been faithful about brushing and combing him out 2-3 times a week. At least she should have come to the door and asked me if she could shave him, but instead did not even think about my reaction or feelings or the dog’s when she knew that he was suppose to be a long hair. It will take months and months and months for his hair to grow out and that is why I am giving this groomer an “F” because she did NOT even try to satisfy me as the customer. I would not trust her to do any dog grooming for any breed!
