f I could give no stars I would. Communication, reliability, and workmanship was below substandard! This was supposed to be a complete bathroom remodel. He rarely put a full days work in (if he even showed up that day). He showed up under the influence several times to the job, even hit a sign on the way out of the neighborhood and drove off. I was told I would have to pay $600 for an inspection regarding mold. I asked for the report from the company that completed this "test" and was never provided one. After checking the ring camera on the day of this "test", I verified that no additional person/company had entered the residence. He left a mess throughout the condo and on the porch, including the neighbors walkway, for 3 days (including sharp tools, mixed mud and garbage). He cracked our ring camera from slamming the oId tub on it. I finally gave up on the completion of this job when I noticed a lot of the cuts of the tile were not symmetrical and poorly done. There were large gaps and crooked tile pieces throughout. I finally asked him to leave the job and remove his equipment. He left a complete mess for us to clean up! He did not consult with me on any cosmetics, tile placement etc. he just did what he wanted too. After having another company come out I was advised they would have to demo all the work that was started, including the concrete around the drain. Well thank God they did because the piping for the drain was never even glued together. I sent photos of my concerns to the owner and asked for partial refund to help with materials I needed to purchase again and was ignored. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY SERVICES FROM THIS COMPANY!

Shaun's work in installing our crown molding in our home was excellent. His attention detail, craftsmanship is superior work. We were very please with the outcome, and would highly recommend him to others!
