Found Mike and SNS automotive on Angie's List. Very highly rated and good customer satisfaction. Decide to give it a try very pleased to say the least. Prices are fair, mike is very personable and down to earth with a good attitude. Very hard to find a mechanic who you can trust. I think I found my mechanic for the future.

I bought a car for my teenage daughter. On the way leaving the car lot a sensor blew. I took it to SNS with very specific instructions. Make it safe and sturdy for my teenage driver. I asked several times if there were anymore problems that I needed to be concerned with. I told them I wanted to be 100% sure about the vehicle. (Again 3 times) I was assured that the engine was great and that he thought everything was solid. I get it home and 2 days goes by. My daughter drive the vehicle one time to work and the oil drained out in my driveway. When I called Mike got defensive and said that it worked fine when it left. We brought it back and he stated that a valve cover was broke and that he didn't bring it up before because he was "trying to save me money". We paid for both engagements.

I called this provider after reading positive reviews on Angie's List. He was very polite and attentive. He did not attempt to sell me on any work other than the problems I brought in. My car is getting up in years, and it was a relief to find a mechanic who stayed focused on my issues rather than digging for a bigger pay day. His work ethic was outstanding. The repairs were completed at the estimated rate. He threw in a power steering belt, solved the oil leak, turned 2 rotors, replaced 2 rotors, replaced all 4 pads, replaced water pump and timing belt for $940. He stood behind his work by replacing a caliper at no additional cost when a braking problem reappeared a few days later. I was more than prepared to pay for the caliper as it definitely needed to be changed, but he went above and beyond to see this customer satisfied. I feel great about the work he did and even better to have finally found a mechanic who I trust.

I have a 2006 Durango with 201K,  it was drinking about 1 qt of oil every 500 miles and making a squeaking noise.   I
had previously took it to another mechanic shop and all they wanted was to replace my engine for 6K  and they had no interest in
actually finding out what this issue was.   
So, I decided to look on ?Angie?s List?  ,  where I came across SNSAutomotive.   They had a great rating so I took my SUV into
their shop.
The experience was like Night and Day.   SNSAutomotive performed diagnostic tests, then reviewed there finding with with me, and the work was performed.   In addition, SnSautomotive also research my engine for known issues.   After the work was completed, they again explained to me everything they did.   Turns out, the major issues was a water pump, Fan Clutch, and PVC value replacement.   This obviously a far cry,  from needing an engine replacement,  as suggested from another mechanic shop.
SnS Automotive was a courteous and friendly environment.  I can tell you this ? without reservation ?  I will now always bring my vehicles to SNSAutomotive for now on..    It was a win win all the way around.   Incidentally, the other mechanic shop was not on
Angie?s List.

It went absolutely perfect.  This was my second visit to SMS AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR and I'm kicking myself for not going there for my last issue (AC). This shop is actually easy to find. It's a little drive in an very nice industrial park. So that tells me right off that it's a great business because of its location (not many people drive down the road and see the shop is what I'm getting at). I would, without hesitation recommend SMS AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR for any of you auto repairs/maintenance.

I heard a noise from the motor, had it checked, was advised not to drive it any further, called SNS automotive who got a tow truck for me, actually a flat bed, took the car to SNS and with in 24 hours the repairs had been made. I got a ride to pick up my car, it runs great. I will use SNS the next time I need car repairs.

I was very pleased with the outcome of the services
performed.  It was diagnosed quickly and I had
my car back without the annoying light still lit up.

Visited the shop on 11-1. They ordered the hub bearing and timing belt for service the next day. Dropped off the car and they finished the job by the end of the day. I had not directed them to replace the Alternator and Power steering belts but they noticed that they were worn and replaced them. I knew that I had never had them replaced so I trusted them. They also showed me the old belts and I confirmed theat they were worn. I was very satisfied with the price and the service.

He's great overall. Fantastic value. He gives great service. He's very competent. He's very competitively priced for very good work. He's consistently priced lower for his work than other shops.
