Rich is the consummate professional. He really is a perfect example of "you get what you pay for". I called him to get an estimate and he scheduled it as soon as he could make it. When he showed up and started talking about what and how he would do it, I was immediately comfortable with him, both in terms of his knowledge and his character. He is a "slightly older guy" and when speaking with him, there is no question about his integrity. He is a true gentleman. Once they started, the work went went quickly and efficiently. Rich showed up personally every morning and did as much or more of the work as his team. They were very careful with masking and drop cloths, moved patio furniture out of the way when necessary and put it back in the exact same location at the end of every work day. Rich is a master at quality control. He walks around and checks the work that has been done and often puts the "finishing touches" on personally. He isn't inexpensive, but compared to other painting contractors whose work I have observed, I can only reiterate that he provides the best work of any, and the cost was well worth the outcome. The final product was outstanding and we are truly happy with his work. He and his team are trustworthy, reliable and professional. I recommend him with the utmost confidence.
