DON'T DO IT. They lie, and lie, and lie. We've had our system for a year now and this billing cycle is the first one where our system generated more kWH than we used. Over the past 11 months we have been paying $59.00 MORE per month than we were before PES installed the system. The numbers they gave us about our projected savings, based on past usage, are pure fiction. The sales rep also told us that we'd be receiving a check back from the Federal Government to offset the cost - but it was a lie. The terms of the note change in a few months, and then, under the best circumstances, we'll be paying $116 more a month than we did before PES got us. Don't believe a word they say. And when we contacted them to tell them that the system was under-performing, we received a snippy email reply saying "that's not something we can fix." We are seniors on a fixed income and thought, based on their lies, that this would save us money and help the environment, too. Instead, they told us what they thought we wanted to hear, and now we'll be paying on this loan until we die. Just DON'T DO IT and avoid this company. Documentation to support my claims is available upon request. UPDATE: After several days of dealing with the "new" head of customer service, and sending PES 19 Duke Energy bills to support our claims, Alex Kennard, who claims to be the General Manager, "generously" offered to give us two free additional panels if we would purchase a third at $2200.00. The initial installation was 37 panels. 37 times $2200 is $81,400, which is a lot more than we paid for the entire system, so Mr. Kennard's kind offer was nothing more than an attempt to con us out of more money, not to "give" us something free.

The guys from Professional Electrical Services were great from start to finish! They completed my installation in only 2 days and after they were done, you couldn't tell they just did a major installation on my home. Any debris, packing materials, etc. were all gone and they were all very professional gentlemen! Our system has produced even more power than we hoped, even on cloudy days! They have an app that allows us to monitor how much power the panels are producing in real time that I show off to my co-workers, lol! I have referred them to all of my friends and family that is interested in solar for their homes. My only regret is that I didn't do it earlier....great company!

The work went very well and hopefully I'll be saving money over the next years on my electric bills.

Superb. A respected Electrician partnered with R&C Engineering to provide the best service possible. We plan to install solar for our office once the roof is replaced. Together they calculated exactly the KW needed for us to be self sufficient.

They we’re such an amazing experience to work with, they truly care about customer satisfaction! The owner Brian Miller is extremely knowledgeable with solar and business! His son Austin Miller sales manager, came to our home and being younger than us we were astonished by his knowledge, customer satisfaction, and professionalism! Such a fantastic experience working with everyone at PES! Family owned and operated 100% in-house work! We were paying $225 for power and after they took us step by step through the process, our bill now is over $100+ in savings EVERY MONTH without spending ANYTHING!!! Brian and his team were great, very knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. They did everything he said they would do in a professional and timely manner. Excellent communication and response to any questions and or concerns that I had. The whole process went very smoothly and the finished product speaks for itself. I love being able to go online and see how my system is performing, can't wait to get my next power bill!  I feel very fortunate to have found Professional Electric and I couldn't be happier with the job they did.

I met the owner of the company at a trade show and was initially impressed by his solar voltaic knowledge, rebate program participation and no pressure sales tactics. About 3 months later I signed a contract with them for installation of a 2nd 5KW solar voltaic system contingent upon receiving acceptance of the energy company rebate. After this they pretty much did everything else with the exception of signing a few forms, a couple of emails to and from and the power company and being home for 2 days during the installation and one additional day for the inspection by the county. Their entire team was very professional and efficient during the process.
During the inspection, we had a couple of issues noted by the inspector that reviewed 2 additional suggestions that I felt were a little trivial but necessary i.e. a sticker on the door of the electrical panel box from the previous vendor who forgot to put on on it. His employees came out the next day made the 2 or 3 minor corrections called in for a re inspection and that was it. They even worked with me on the final payment since they finished earlier than anticipated that took me 2 weeks to offload some long term funds to cash to make the payment.
Seven months later I had an issue with one of the panels they installed and two from the previous company regarding micro inverters on the back of the panel and they fixed all of them. In closing, if you looking for a solar panel system for your house, cabin or business, I'd highly suggest Brian and his team and here's why:

1) They made the entire experience an enjoyable construction experience and took care of everything calling me back in a timely fashion 2) I currently have no electric bill for what I've calculated for the remainder of this year and I'm looking at a refund from the power company of about $1100 - $1300.00 ... Keep in mind that results vary from rooftop angle, sun facing direction ect as I was lucky to have the best of everything according to Brian but who also noted the sell back rate of power to the electric company is about 1/3 of utility cost / watt so his numbers were a little lower ... So we agreed to bet a soda on it with a final number of $1100 for the rebate
3) Final vs actual cost - was quoted $20K for the project and that's what it was ... We'll sort of ... I spent $20K, got a rebate of 10K from the power company and a tax rebated credit back in my pocket for $6k so my final cost was $4k ... we'll sort of ... As I put the entire amount ($20K) on my credit card that has a 2% rebate program and got another $400 ... So my actual cost = $3600.00 ROI is 3yrs or less.
