The owner Ken is extremely rude and unprofessional. He tried to save himself work for inspections I paid for upfront by waiting to see if I was still going through with the purchase, knowing that I already paid for those reports. To top it off, he doesn't tell me any of this and acts as if im inconveniencing him when I call asking for them. The lady who answers the phone was also very rude. I don't doubt he has the knowledge but so many others do and will actually do the job you pay for right the first time. He seems more concened with covering his own self and thats it.

Ken Perkins did a very thorough inspection and answered the many questions my daughter-a 1st time buyer-had for him.  He checked even the smallest things I never would have guessed they would notice.  He not only explained everything in detail, he submitted a very specific report.  Very impressive.  The price was extremely fair and I would definitely refer this company again.

Ken was very responsive in setting up the appointment and was able to fit me into his schedule quickly. The day of the appointment, he arrived right on time and quickly got to work. Ken is very personable and professional. He's also knowledgeable and walked me through the whole inspection, and also gave me some helpful maintenance tips for various parts of my home. Ken utilizes technology very effectively and was able to generate a full report on his iPad, complete with pictures, before he even left my house!

Being a first time home buyer, I wasn't really sure what to expect during a home inspection.  Ken from Precise Property Inspections was a true professional.  My husband followed him through the whole inspection, and Ken answered all the questions he had, made recommendations, and  gave us a very through home inspection.  We were impressed with the level of care and the time spent looking over our potential home.  He arrived on time, stayed after he was finished answering all our questions, and provided us with a very detailed report less than 24 hours after the inspection.  He was also able to fit us in on short notice.
