Phillips Construction is the only contractor I have used since relocating to FL, and I have no intention of using any other. In all my years as a civil engineer working in construction, I have never worked with a more professional contractor, and only very few as professional. All company personnel are extremely professional, courteous, and personable. The attention to detail in the work performed is truly outstanding. Exceptional clean-up is a matter of fact with the personnel. Always on time and true to their word, they are a pleasure to have around your home. I have no complaint whatever with rates on any of the 3 jobs performed for me, and I consider them to be very reasonable for the outstanding work performed.
