DEBARY MOWER REPAIR INC

After two weeks I called to see if my trimmer was ready, they said it had not been worked on yet but should be ready soon. One or two days later they called and said it was ready.  My wife picked up the unit (which they could not find and had to search the whole shop to find it)  but she thought it looked different and asked me to look at it.  The unit was not what I had dropped off, it was the same model but several years older ( originally purchased in 2007 according to its serial number, unfortunately Troy-Bilt had no owner info on the unit) and in terrible condition. To top it off the d*** thing wouldn't run for more than 20 seconds.  I immediately took the trimmer back and told them it was not mine.  They said it had to be because the numbers on their repair sheet matched the trimmer (they did not provide a pick-up ticket when I dropped it off) I asked if they had anyone else with  a similar model and might have gotten mine by mistake, they checked a few invoices and said they had a few troy bilts dropped off.  They did not call any of the other customers just assumed they had not made a mistake.  I would have been happy with a credit for the work and the trimmer that wasn't mine but they said "no refunds" Avoid this place if you do not want to waste a lot of time and money. 
If I could have found my receipt or even a picture of my actual trimmer I would have been in a better position to argue, I take responsibility for that.  But I know what I had and it was not what they gave me.
