DBK Construction & Service Solutions Inc.

I was having issues with power outages that occurred frequently on only one side of my house. I was not sure if I had a surge protector and was concerned with amount of times (2 to 3 a week) of these outages. I called DBK and told Amy about the issue and she said she was going to email me info on surge protectors, and then I could and make an appointment. I never received this information. I called back 3 days later to make an appointment and they transferred me to that department but no one picked up, I left a voice message with name and phone number to call me back. I never got a call. I called one more time and the same thing occurred, no call back. A few days after this I got a call from a man from Certified Climate Control and he asked me about my issues and said I would get a call back the next morning from Amy to set up an appointment. I never got a call back. I went on their website and left a request for service there and they called me with an appointment. The electrician came and did nothing, did not look at the electrical panel or anything else. He charged us $125 for this. After that I called Duke Energy and they sent out an electrician and found out that I had a problem in the electrical panel and they took care of it. The date of service below if approximate.
