Atom computers is nothing short of exceptional! Peter is a master at his craft. I feel so grateful to have found this really great company. Atom computers has been helping me in all of my computer repair and security camera needs for about 5 years and they've never let me down. From efforlessly installing really great security cameras at my home that continue to run like brand new to small laptop repairs and even helping me find parts for other laptops that they haven't even worked on! All I have to do is send a quick text and he almost instantly replies with whatever assistance I need. Just a really great family owned business and if his exceptional work isn't enough well the peace of mind they provide of being able to from anywhere check my phone and my security cameras at home is simply priceless. It went great. Pete was very knowledgeable and professional and explained everything in layman’s terms so I didn’t feel silly. I know I would have paid 2-3 times more if I had gone somewhere else just by what I was told to expect for the work I needed done! He is now officially the IT person for our company! My cost included a new desktop as well as all the other work involved and I was back up and running on Monday after dropping off the machine on Friday!

Everything was professionally installed and instructions were thoroughly explained to me and I am very happy with the system. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to install a new system or just a minor repair. Pete and his crew are simply THE BEST!l

Pete is such a kind, compassionate, patient, thoughtful, efficient, thorough, clean, honest. courteous, knowledgeable, and relates well with the elderly like me. He gives good advice. Suggested I get the printer and new cartridges, because the ones that come with the printer do not last long. With the Team Viewer Icon, Pete can address my issues virtually, take over my computer, and assist me from his office. He bought the printer online, after suggesting what I needed, because Idid not feel well that day. However, thought that he was upgrading system to Windows 10 from seven. We did not discuss that until later.

Pete is awesome when it comes to computer knowledge. I’m sure if one day I want some sort of complete security services he would be an asset for that.

Atom did a wonderful job. Pete was very polite and professional. He cognizant and attentive to our security needs. He offered excellent advise on the appropriate system for our facility and made certain that every point in our was completely covered. He installed a 16 camera security system in a timely manner and at a very fair price. I will highly recommend his company.

Pete came out, sized them up, said all could & should be fixed. Called several times while he had them to update what he was finding. Accommodated our crazy schedules in getting them back to us. Nice to find an honest guy who didn't try to sell us parts we didn't actually need, just fixed what turned out to be mostly software problems. Cost less to get all 3 back up than another service quoted me just for one. Also set up a no-cost solution to shared storage that eliminated the need for an expensive networked drive was about to buy--that alone saved me more than the cost of the repairs.

peter removed the virus and spyware from my computer. he gave my computer a full check-up to make sure there was nothing else wrong with it. the result of his work is a computer that is working just as good as when it was brand new. i am so happy that i did not have to buy a new machine. this is a trustworthy individual that i got lucky to find in my area. he did not try to sell me any extra services that i did not need. i would definitely recommend this business to any family or friends that may need computer work done.

Very, very smooth.  First, Peter is very honest and doesn't want to do work that isn't necessary.  Meaning he'll provide the work for each individual based on what they use their computer for.  I was having an issue with my computer and he did work on it to clear that issue up.  However, the computer may need to be taken apart, but he wants to try what he did before I cut the cord and give it to him to take to do that.  On top of that, the fee that was charged today, he would be taking that charge and will apply to any more work if it needs to be done.  He was prompt, very courteous, honest and professional. I'm so happy I found him on Angie's List.

It  always goes well...he never misses.  One time when I asked him about finding someone that he knew to take an old cassette tape and put it on a CD, he said he would do it for me.  There's not many computer guys that will go that extra mile.  He's always willing to help you out.
