That guys home repair

Guy came and gave me an estimate for the job on Wednesday and was right back Thursday morning to get the job done. He is very knowledgeable and efficient and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. The job was done thoroughly and in a timely manner. I will definitely be using this company for future projects.

Well I honestly didn't know how bad it went. I hired him to build a rather large reptile cage. When he left he said he'd finished the tank part. Kept jumping to conclusions about missing parts before the boxes were opened. It took him almost six hours to make an acrylic box and not finish it. Well a friend came over. He isn't a handyman and he said that it looked wrong. He has no construction or building experience. He read the instructions, which the handyman had access to, and figured out that the man had built it wrong. He had to take apart what I paid for just to assemble it correctly. I admit the instructions were more words than pictures, and a bit hard to follow. But I basically paid this company 50 dollars an hour for me to pay someone else to fix their mistakes and start over. :( It took the guy less than four hours to take the tank apart and put it back together with the cabinetry. Once again. Not a professional. Just a regular guy that likes to mess with cars. I'm extremely upset I paid for six hours of incompetence.
