Chuck had great ideas and advice. He was knowledgeable and seemed like a good guy. The original estimate was about $10,000 and he agreed to do the job 6 months later to coordinate with a flooring restoration. 3 months later, we requested and received a revised estimate of about $4,000. The plumber came over to talk one day, and another day to install shower fixtures. He worked 1.5 hours and charged us for 3 hours labor. He left an irregularly shaped hole on the shower wall. The replacement tiles are not a perfect match, so we asked the tile setter to install the tiles in a rectangular pattern. He did not. I called Chuck to express my dissatisfaction. Instead of helping, he became angry and told me he didn't want to do the job anymore. I called the tile setter who told me he was too busy to come back and suggested I find another tile guy. So that was my experience with Yaba Renovation.
