This is a great shop with a super owner. Knowledgeable, friendly and most important fair. He appreciates your vehicle, knows the brand and is extremely timely. Just moved to the area and am very pleased to find someone with his knowledge and customer service. As a car guy, it was a huge relief to find someone to care for my car that can be trusted!

The local BMW dealership wanted $600 to repair- My wife also had a prior fix to the driver's door vapor barrier looked at as water was still coming in. The owner took the time to show my wife (her car) the code, explain that some choose not to have repaired as it did not affect anything but the ability of the light to turn around corners. He also fixed a prior repair to the vapor barrier for free and what he did charge was 50% less than the dealer. This guy is honest, knows his stuff and we will go to him exclusively for future service and repairs.

Brought my wife's 2008 X5 to Mike for service. Oil change etc. He had it done quickly and was very pleasant to deal with. He was very knowledgable and didn't push any extras on me. Will be going back to him for future maintenance of the X5.

This was the second time we used Mike. He had done a great job replacing my convertible top motor and we decided to leave the car with him for a couple of days to go through at 90k miles. I had mentioned that the car had a slight hesitation and after many other dealers and third party mechanics in the past had missed it, Mike found that there was an update for the Electronic Control Module available. What a difference, almost like new. In addition, as most of us have experienced there is always a fear of the dealer recommending work that is not really needed, Mike was very thorough yet reasonable in his findings. At a fraction of the cost!!!

They got me in and they got me out in the same day. Their prices very good, about a 1/3 of what the dealer wanted. They also provided me with a ride to work while I waited on the repair which was great.
