Willy Jay Deliveries

Was terrible while taking the couch out damaged the door jamb and mounding, scraping and taking pieces of moulding out. The owner Wally Jay was there when it happened and I showed him the damages he created. Asked him to get his insurance to fix it and he refused. Then asked him to reduce the delivery cost so I can get it fixed he refused.I took pictures and I wouldn’t hire Willy Jay Delivery to deliver my garbage. Willy Jay himself is unprofessional and Ian warning persons NEVER hire this unprofessional delivery company

Willy and his crew were on time, very courteous and loaded furniture from a 4th floor condo down to the truck. All furniture was bubble-wrapped and padded and loaded in 3 hours. After a trip of 1 hour , the furniture was unloaded to the right room in one hour. Total time 5 hours as stated before the job started. Great job, very satisfied.

It went well. Three men moved everything out and into the new place in 6 hours. They were very careful with all items.

They arrived on time and proceeded without delay. The furniture was covered in moving blankets and shrink wrapped for additional protection. The two movers were polite and handled the furniture with great care. The price and service exceeded exceptions!

They scheduled me quickly and were very efficient. I will recommend them and use them, again.

I was skeptical of hiring a mover since we just moved to Florida full time. After reading some good reviews about Willy Jay we decided to give them a try. I must say we were very pleasantly suprised from the initial phone contact to the actual move. Jamey and James were prompt and immediately went to work protecting our furnishings and moved everything with care. They finished early and only stopped when I had offered them bottles of water. We don,t intend on moving again but if we did we would not hesitate to hire Willy Jay again

Absolutely awesome service and delivery. Everything was wrapped, strapped and moved with no problem. Wonderful company to deal with and everyone was very nice and worked together well. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are great. They work fast, are very careful with items. Just watching them, you realize they have been doing this for a long time. I feel price was good for amount of furniture. Friendly and professional. AND, they were able to accommodate us with only a few days notice. The moving industry in general has a pretty shading rep. So it's great to find a company of this caliber. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service; he responded quickly to my phone call and within days came out to my home; very professional; the bookcase was very heavy and tall; he took great care in having his men move the furniture from the 1st to 2cnd floor; reasonable rates

Willy, the lead, and his assistant, Charlie, took on this project in a most professional manner: They were patient and made every attempt to place items exactly where and how I wanted them, they were creative (which was very much appreciative) and they worked very quickly and efficiently. The bonus was hauling away some unwanted furnishings. The price was reasonable, I was very pleased with the job done, and would highly recommend this company.

They are great - I have used them many times and will continue to do so.

Was referred to Willy Jay Deliveries by a delivery employee.  I called and explained that I needed a truck to move furniture from Miami to Daytona Beach.  James Nunnally, the owner, quoted a price for the truck.  He then asked how many pieces of furniture I had and when I gave him the answer he said that a truck would be too large and my furniture would fit in a trailer which would be $150 cheaper.  Pickup, one night storage and delivery of furniture was included in the quoted price.  We set a pickup date of 12/3/2013 between 12-2 pm.  I called the day before to confirm the details and price.  I was to pay $150 on pick-up and balance on delivery.  On 12/3 about 1:30 pm I received a call from the driver who was lost in Miami. His GPS had taken him to the right street but wrong area.  I gave them directions from where they were and it took them about another 30 minutes to find my house.  Two very pleasant, courteous young men arrived in a pick-up  truck pulling a trailer.  After viewing the furniture to be transported they began loading the trailer.   After all the furniture to be moved was loaded there was still room in the trailer.  One of the other services provided by this company is free removal/recycling of used or unwanted furniture.  Since I had several pieces of furniture that I wanted to get rid of they continued to load the trailer until it was full.  Delivery of the furniture was scheduled for the next day  in Daytona Beach.  I called Mr. Nunnally when I arrived in Daytona Beach and was told they would deliver my furniture within an hour which they did.  Again two very friendly, cvourteous young men unloaded the furniture and placed it in the house where I instructed.  They even moved a couple of things from one room to another for me.  All my furniture was accounted for and undamaged.  I paid the balance at that time.   After hearing moving horror stories of damaged and stolen possessions as well as items being held hostage for more money, I am so lucky to have found an honest and trustworthy moving company.
