Do not hire this company! The execution of their design was bad. They picked trees and plants that were not appropriate for Zone 9 and subsequently died. They significantly overcharged for the lack of professionalism and subpar quality of work from the crew.

We ended up installing a 6ft diam. round 3 ft high stone planter. True Family provided all materials (retainer stone. base gravel and sand) and did a PROFESSIONAL and VERY NICE JOB in about 6 hours from start to finish.

True Family did the first part of the job but were to come back twice a month to maintain landscaping but never did. No response from them when I sent an email to them.

Started out good, now very hard to get them to do the work we agreed on. Requested an estimate for work in out back yard. Took 3 reminders, and 2 months, before we saw it. Was supposed to trim our side and rear hedges every week, has not touched them since initial visit.

I recently purchased a rental property and the yard was desperately in need of some Tender Loving Care. Originally I was just going to get the overgrown yard cleaned up but after talking to Liz, I decided to make some landscaping changes. I'm not a landscaper, so I asked her to give me some ideas. We discussed several options and settled on a plan that fit my budget. The crew worked very hard on the clean up and installing the new plants. The yard looks great now and I couldn't be happier! I will definitely use them again! I highly recommend True Family Lawn Care & Landscaping!
