He arrived on time, professionally dressed. Did not introduce himself but it was clear who he was. He worked efficiently, told me the problem, and he was gone.

He had a truck problem on the appt. day, but came the next day at the appointed time. He was very friendly. He stated that he mostly did commercial work, but always took care of former clients, and since I had gotten him off Angies List he would come. His first price, I thought, was too high and when I responded with a "whew" he said he would lower it for me. It took him about 15 min. (maybe longer, as we talked a lot while he was working). The installing of a new switch solved the problem. End of story.

"I wish all customers would be as nice people as this lady, and for the most part they are. The call was in New Smyrna Beach which does involve an hours travelling time for me, from Daytona that is. By tradition that is added to the bill. The lid switch lists at $40 ++. But I treat residential customers, indeed all customers, as if the tables were turned. And of course as you can see from reviews, Price is predominant. I feel I give my customers more than they ask for and do so in a professional and open and honest manner. ThANKS FOR YOUR PATRONAGE PS unfortunately I had a wheel bearing break minutes after receiving her call while down in Cocoa Beach. So had to postpone til the next day or call at 9pm on my way back. Hope all is well Member."

His name is Bruce Bell. He has been in service for quite a long time. He services hotels and motels all up in town. Sometimes when I call him for service he is out of cell phone range. I leave him a message and as soon as he comes back on cell phone range he calls back very promptly. He is good at squeezing us in between his bigger clients. If he has to order parts he usually has it within two days at the most. Usually the next day he has the parts which come out of Jacksonville for the most part. The initial call cost $140. Then when he came back to install the parts it was $108.
