The Car Shop

Originally took the car to the Mazda dealership because we thought the car was still under warranty. We were told it was 20 days out of warranty and the repair would be $675.00. I told them I needed to get another price. I called the Car Shop and they gave us a price of $635. I decided that since the car was already at Mazda I'd just let them fix it. When I called back to have them go ahead with the repair, they changed the price to $995. I was upset and we picked up the car. Mazda charged us $79.95 for diagnosing the problem before they would release the car.
I took the car to the Car Shop and instead of $635, my final bill was $585, less than the quote because they told me the job went easier than they thought it would.
The Car Shop was great and stuck to their word. Daytona Mazda was horrible and I would never take anything there again and probably won't ever buy another Mazda because of the experience.

JUST AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE with company. We purchased a trailer in November 2015. It wasn't delivered until March 2015. They do not stand behind the products they sell. After they take your money the company refuses to call you back promptly or help you resolve issues on a problem. The custom trailers do not deliver on time as promised. Replacement parts take months to come in. My trailer immediately began to fall apart and had issues. They blamed the manufacturer and refused to take ownership. Avoid this business at all costs.

It was just doing a quick replacement part but they treated us professionally and their staff is so friendly. I would NEVER go anywhere else.

Did not need an appointment. Took car immediately and I waited. Was done in one hour. Excellent service. Friendly staff and owners. Explain everything. Have been going to them since 1991

My family has been using The Car Shop since 2005 and have always found them to be very meticulous, tidy and priced right. We used to go to the Toyota dealer but when we discovered all those helpful people at the service desks were on commission, we made the change and have never regretted it. They take care of both our cars ... mine has clocked 82,000 miles and my husband's has 45,000 miles. Robin and Jeanine have earned our trust and confidence. You can be sure they will do just as good a job on your vehicles as they've done on ours.

There is no Infiniti dealer in my area so I asked if the Car Shop could perform the 60,000 mile service and they said they could and would do it with all Infiniti parts. They gave me a price which I agreed to and they ordered parts from Infiniti. When the parts came in they called and scheduled the service. I took the vehicle in and they gave me a ride to work. When the service was completed they picked me up, brought me back to their shop where I was able to pick up the car. They made things easy for me. I didn't have to wait around and they did everything according to my schedule.
