I am so happy in my new home that I feel like the luckiest person on earth. After an initial trip from Boston to Daytona Beach, looking at properties together, I returned to home and Karen continued the search - for almost a year! She arranged for the home inspector and survey. She assisted us in the bank transfer of the funds and ensured the closing went properly.
