The appliance was previously repaired by another company. After the repair the dishwasher ran for one cycle and quit again with the same problem. I called several times but he failed to come back. A person who did a successful repair on a sewing machine recommended this company. The serviceman came out the day after we called. We had kept the circuit board that the previous serviceman had replaced, with the thought that it might not have been the cause of the problem. This serviceman installed the board we had and the dishwasher has worked fine ever since. Note that the cost was labor only because we had the part.
