I left a message, and Roy called me back to schedule an appointment to look at my problem. He sent me a written quote for repairs a few days later. A few days after that, he made the suggested repair. The roof was replaced by a different company eight years ago and developed a leak within the last year. Roy started with the most likely and least costly way to repair the leak, but told me up front that this may not be the final solution, but in his experience and based upon the way the previous roofer nailed on the shingles around the vent, it was a good bet. I wish I had known about Roy Hand when I had my roof replaced originally!

The shingles were not nailed down correctly when they put the roof on. He did a great job fixing my roof. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.
