Furniture - Sales
I ordered a desk from Rooms To Go and paid a $50.00 delivery charge and was advised my delivery time would be between 7 PM and 9 PM so I had to cancel my evening dinner plans much to my dismay. The delivery was made at 6 PM but I was not advised of this change so I could keep my evening plans. I ordered a desk for $499.99 with a $50.00 delivery charge. The quality of this items is beyond horrible. This desk is of such poor quality I am embarrassed to have this item in my home and that I was stupid enough to pay $499.99 plus delivery for this piece of junk. Rooms To Go will not allow me to return the desk. I would advise anyone wanting to buy from Rooms To Go to rethink their decision because the furniture in the showroom is not what you receive. I know this store is not high end but I expect to receive what I saw in the showroom. VERY POOR QUALITY !!!!!!!
