She has thorough knowledge of each animal breed. She is very capable of taking care of the customers needs and wants, including animal safety and health. She always points out possible health issues for each animal. She has lifelong experience with animal care. She is one of the kindest people I have every met.

will only go here, she is the only one that I trust with my dog. have been going to caprice for over 13 years.

As a new resident of Daytona Beach, finding a trustworthy dog groomer
for my 11-year-old Shetland sheepdog was as important (and
anxiety-provoking!) as finding a new hair stylist for myself. I'm very
pleased that my husband and I decided on Reigning Cats and Dogs in
South Daytona. After calling quite a few places for info, we picked them
partly for location but mostly b/c they offer a "senior dog" day on
Tuesdays where they book fewer "clients" so it's more relaxed for older
dogs. This also allows them to give the older dogs extra attention.
What's also great is they book regular appointments for ALL their customers so
your dog isn't waiting around in a cage for a long period, and you know when he'll be finished.
This is another big positive IMO.
They did an excellent job. Delivered our dog exactly as requested and we're quite satisfied. They
especially did a good job trimming him including his paws and toe pads, which my dog
is fussy about. They completely dematted him and he smelled very nice
without any powdery smell, which he got from my old groomer. My old
groomer was a little less expensive, but my advance scouting
showed that Reigning's prices are right in line with the Daytona market,
so they were expected and certainly fair. Since I wanted a particular
day of the week, I had to wait a week to get an appointment after the first
Tuesday I wanted -- but in my experience with dog groomers, that's a
GOOD thing! Usually indicates lots of repeat business and happy
customers. Count me among them!

She gives them a bath, dries them, etc. She is very good.

When I brought in my Yorkie, the owner, Caprice Edwards immediately talked to me and asked specifically what I wanted and was extremely pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable. I felt I was leaving my Yorkie in competent hands. When I picked up my Yorkie, she was gorgeous! I was very happy with her grooming! My Yorkie was even given a gift box to take with her filled with treats and a pretty leash! How nice and thoughtful is that? I will definitely go back to Reigning Cats & Dogs. They also have a dog & cat boutique with lots of unique items to choose from. In addition to regular services they offer a Royal Treatment on Tuesdays which includes aromatherapy and massage and much more.
