Extremely punctual and very professional and all the workers are friendly. They even took the time to explain things to me. When I had the squirrels living in my attic they did it humanely without hurting them. When they were gone they went in and cleaned out all the refuse left from the squirrels then sealed everything up. Then was given a 2 year warranty if they returned. Been a year and no sign of them. Always takes my calls and even explains things to me over the phone if I have questions. Never do they make me feel like I am bothering them.

We have used Proquest Pest and Animal Control twice since we started. They were professional, they had the appropriate safety equipment, they gave a fair estimate, unfortunately pest control in general is pricey and they were in line with other pest control companies. They were very good.

I found out that my recently purchased home did indeed have a termite bond from ProQuest so this was a legit situation and not a scam. If my house frame home develops termites then the 100,000 bond will cover damage. ProQuest is required to come every year to inspect and service to maintain the bond. In the garage, there was an inspection sticker documenting previous years servicing.
Right at 9:30 a.m. ProQuest showed up to start their inspection. They inspected each room and the whole attic. They explained to me how termites infect a home and what sort of symptoms to look for when termites are present. The transfer fee of $120 seemed fair to me. I had asked ProQuest why they were working in Titusville when they are based out of S. Daytona and they informed me that they were in the process of opening a Titusville branch. I wasn't able to get the information of the new branch. They were quick and professional and they gave me a receipt for services. I would use them again.
